Who is Get Me Santa, LLC.?


Get Me Santa, LLC. was created to allow parents to continue the tradition of helping their children share their Christmas wishes with Santa.




How do I receive my call with Get Me Santa?


After booking and paying for your Get Me Santa call, you'll receive an email with a link to the Zoom meeting. You will potentially need to install Zoom software on your PC or Mac or application on your mobile device. It is recommended to install Zoom prior to your booking.




Can I get a refund?


No refunds.




If I miss a booking from Get Me Santa, can I reschedule?


No. You must reorder another appointment to schedule an additional call with Get Me Santa.




If I miss joining a booking at the start of the booking I purchased with Get Me Santa, can I still join?


Each booking window with Get Me Santa is reserved for 15 minutes. This means that although you may have purchased 5 minute call (estimated 10 minute buffer for making adjustments to your camera or microphone) or 10 minute call (estimated 5 minute buffer for making adjustments to your camera or microphone) to speak with Santa. Get Me Santa will begin the call at its discretion within that 15 minute window, and your time of either 5 or 10 minutes will begin counting down as soon as you've been moved from the waiting room and into the call with Santa. You can join the call anytime prior to your reservation and will be automatically placed in a waiting room until Get Me Santa invites you into the Zoom meeting to speak with Santa. If you've joined too late, you will receive the remainder of your purchased time before the end of the booking window is reached. For example, if you purchased a 10 minute Zoom with Santa and joined 13 minutes into your 15 minute reservation window, you will only have 2 minutes with Santa. If you have passed the booking window, you must reorder a call with Get Me Santa. No refunds will be made for missed bookings.




Can multiple children join one call?


Yes, but be mindful of the amount of time you've ordered and be prepared to divide that time as you see fit to ensure each are able to speak with Santa.




I have a scheduling conflict with a booking I've made. Can I reschedule?


No. We strongly encourage you to make your booking only after you've ensured your availability.
